Teclast X2 Pro Review Now Online

Teclast X2 Pro Review Now Online

If you haven’t seen it already my Teclast X2 Pro Core M review is now online. For those looking for a larger Cube i7 Stylus might want to give this one a look. A very decent tablet, just with the normal bad points these cheaper tablets have, for example, it lacks a fully laminated display, has one keyboard stand position only. But the keyboard is great and its performance is top notch. Have a look over my full review to get an overview of the tablet. But it’s show itself to be the power powerful Core M yet I’ve reviewed with some nice benchmark results and gaming performance.

  4. Hey Chris,

Following your review I just ordered the X2 with 64GB from GearBest.
    http://www.gearbest.com/tablet-pcs/pp_252601.html

I will be wanting to upgrade the internal SSD to 500-512GB.

Do you know anyone that has opened one of these yet? Just wondering how difficult it will be 🙂

Thanks again for your great work!

    • Yes, see this thread: http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/x2pro/ It’s a 2242 M.2 (NGFF) SSD and can be replaced.

      • Excellent, Thank-you for your reply Chris.

Hoping at some point in the future someone figures out native Android.

I shall get my SSD ordered 🙂

    • n0ble, please, comment how is your experience with gearbest with the tablet, and if windows is original, they have real stock and al thiss stuff, please.I bougth 2 months ago the Xiaomi Yi plast some accesories from GearBest, but I’m quite scare to buy the tablet, It’s a big amount of money like to have any problem with it =).

I will be thankfull if you tell us your experience.

      Thanks

    • Anyone have any idea on the stylus? Right now, this is the only thing hindering me from choosing this over i7 stylus.
      Doubtfull on the stylus.

      • Hi,

I ordered the stylus with my tablet so I’ll let you know when it arrives 🙂

        Thanks.

  5. Hi Chris,
Do you think I should buy one of these or hold out for the 11.6inch Teclast with the Atom chipset and 8gb?

  6. nice review, i7 stylus stil seems to be the tablet to beat regarding core m

  7. i think this tablet too thick and bulky, core m is good but the heat?

    • It is thick and bulky, more of a laptop and tablet hybrid like the Surface 2 Pro this type of tablet. Check my review, I comment on the heat. I t does get up to 88 degrees gaming or benchmarking. Normal everyday use its just warm. But the back metal does get hot (Around 45 degrees) when I tested it with my heat probe.

  8. Hi Peter, well for me personally I would get the X2 pro due to its two full usb 3 ports. And performance-wise they are very similar, but the X2 Pro has the edge in gaming. But the casing of the i7 Stylus is better with rounded corners. If you- can, I would go for a Surface 3 Pro as it has a far superior build quality and a fully laminated screen that I miss. Now that the SP4 is coming the Surface 3 Pro will be cheaper.

  9. Hi Chris!
Thanks for the review, great job you are doing. I have one question; i am thinking about buying this tablet or maybe Cube i7 stylus. Which one do you recommend and why? Despite the price which one you think is better – performance and build wise; are they on pair or does one really stand out ( not counting full usb and 1 inch of screen more ). Or do you recommend something else – I will be using tablet for light office work, Photoshop, browsing, email and when time permits also for some games ( would be lying if i would say i wouldn’t 🙂 )
Thank you again and looking forward for your answer!
