I just command the Cube iWork10 ultimate on Gearbest on Nov 24th. A week later, I write to the support when it will be ship. They told me 5-7 days. An other week later, I write to the support when it will be really ship. They told me that the tablet is back order and they can ship it to me in 7-14 days. I don’t know if someone else is in my situation or has already live this situation. Can I be sure they will send it to me ? I really want this tablet …
Can I ask for a compensation due to the long delay ?
