One of the best Android tablets of the year, if not the best the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2, ultra slim, powerful and it has an amazing 2048 x 1536 SAMOLED screen. But looking at the demo unit in an electronics shop today, that screen burn!
My photos don’t do it justice. It real life it’s twice as bad, if you look closely at the images you can see a band and Google logo. It’s the google search widget and it’s permanently burnt into the screen, ouch! Samsung will have to change all of their demo units every few months so potential customers don’t see this screen burn.
Not a good sign of course, but most people aren’t going to have the screen on 12 hours a day or longer like a demo unit. But still puts me off wanting to lay down cash on this pricey unit. I never bothered to review this tablet, as there are 5,000 sites reviewing and covering it and well, it’s too costly to buy for just a review.
But I really do like the screen (without screen burn), slimness and build quality of the Tab S2.
