Teclast’s new tablet the Tbook 16 Power is now out in China on Aliexpress, various sellers like GearBest have it on pre-order for the English version as right now it’s only in Chinese Windows 10 Home and Android 6.0 supports multi-language. The Tbook 16 Power is like the Tbook 16S, the same build, 11.6″ 1080p screen, multi position kickstand and keyboard, but the internals are much more powerful.
Instead of the typical Z8300. The Tbook 16 Power has an Atom X7 Z8750 with a maximum turbo of 2.56Ghz, Intel 405 graphics 16 execution cores instead of the typical 12. And 8GB of DDR3 RAM giving over double the RAM bandwidth of the single channel 4GB tablets. So a nice big step up over the all the Atom X5 Z8300 tablets.
I hope to have one of these soon to review here on the site and the YouTube channel. So it will be the next tablet I look at, I’m keen to find out of the Z8750 will have the same thermal throttling issues like the Z8700 mini pc’s and tablets.
