    Just download language pack under settings/time and language/region and language/under language you have add language button

    Thank you Peter for the info.

    Micro$oft made lots of improvement since early versions. Only drawback is the space used by the english language pack, as with 64GB you have to be cautious about it. Or maybe you can uninstall english pack..?
