    I’m in the same boat.

    Oddly my symptoms were a bit different.  I had the foresight to do a full driver dump before I reinstalled Win10.  However, when it installed the driver I backed up, it said there was “an error” for “wacom device” and it couldn’t be installed.  After seeing your post, I tried the driver in the Downloads page which installed successfully.  The stylus still doesn’t work and my Device Manager looks the same as yours.

    One other clue: if you run the “Wacom Pen” application, it gives an error that “The tablet driver is not running.”

    OK, this is odd.

    In trying to install drivers from my backup or the one from the Download section, it would sometimes tell me that a better driver was already installed.  I decided to remove the installed driver altogether so I could install the others.  So, I right-clicked, chose “Uninstall”, and checked the box to also delete the driver.  I rebooted… and now my my stylus works.  I didn’t have to actually install anything new, I just removed that one.  There are no longer any exclamation points in Device Manager.

    Hope that helps others.  Fingers crossed it stays fixed.

    Just did a fresh install of Windows as well and used the driver dump from techtablets for most components and the newest driver from the wacom site for the digitizer:

    http://downloadeu.wacom.com/pub/WINDOWS/ISD_DualTouch_732-12.exe

    (http://www.wacom.eu/index4.asp?pid=29&lang=en -> Win 10 -> Tablet PC)

    Without the complete Wacom driver i had no calibration tool.

    The wacom driver recquires some windows 10 services to run. It is not set correctly by the .inf in the driver dump. You have to use the setup from the wacom website. Search for “Wacom FEEL driver”
