Windows10 reset not working

Hi,

Received my HI12 today and recognized a pre installed account on Windows and decided to factory reset it.
After 2 hours of preparing and resetting I get the message that something gone wrong with resetting.
Now I have some options, troubleshoot, reset again or boot a win10 image.
I don’t have an image…
What should I do now?

I am wondering what went wrong as there was a topic in here that factory reset works

Mine died during this operation… I wanted to do a fresh install, but the Hi12 died after I connected it to DC… Dam…

I am downloading the Win10 for dual boot right now…. 6,4gb and 6 hours to go with 2mbit line.
Has anyone used it to reinstall Win10?
Do I loose my serial and activation?
The reset ended in this screen

The best bet to restore/reset your Hi12 is to follow the Chuwi HI12 Win10 Image and Drivers post.
