BIOS: J1D_S165C_206 (used in the 221511 revision)
BIOS date: 10/30/2015
MD5: d1138265c8e2825ddcf70b2e7dae2487BIOS: J1D_S165C_206 (used in the 221509 revision)
BIOS date: 09/21/2015
MD5: e1f93389808e45ae375be9f9d0b8030fBIOS: G1D_S165_206
MD5: 3fbb11ac7d77fd81305bc65c88ad414aBIOS: G1D_S165_205
MD5: 8706eb20323936956fd9932bf238b5b6I don’t know if you’ve got a new Chuwi tablet or an older one. If it’s a new one then it would of shipped with J1D_S165C_206, which is the latest BIOS avalible for the model. If you apply the wrong BIOS to the wrong tablet then it’ll break multiple things, as you’ve found out.
1. Copy the correct BIOS files to a USB stick formatted as FAT32
2. Plug it into the tablet
3. Plug in a USB keyboard
4. Power on the tablet and tap the ESC key until you see the menu
5. Select boot manager
6. Select the USB driveThat should make it restore the BIOS, but you’ll probably have to get the correct Windows image for your tablet now.

Download list: http://pan.baidu.com/share/home?uk=757632014#category/type=0If I knew what revision your tablet was e.g. 221511 then I might of been able to link you to a backup that contains both Android and Windows.
February 23, 2016 at 9:28 pm #26850I bought it in Dezember 2015
I think it’s a new one. Wich Bios I need? And how i can find out the revision?
February 23, 2016 at 9:49 pm #26855Look at the bottom left of the tablet. My tablets a Vi10 Pro (221511) and I know that it uses J1D_S165C_206.
You probably need J1D_S165C_206, but you installed an older version. Either way, if you let me know the ID then I might be able to give you some links.

I know that the RAR file is titled “OLD BIOS” but it’s actually the new BIOS that applies to 221509-221510 systems.
I’m fairly sure that the 221509 revision is identical to the 221510 revision, so you should be able to use the following backup image.

The backup is for the 32GB version only and it’ll restore Android and Windows 8.1. I found it on a Russian website, so credits go to them.
You’ll need to install Macrium Reflect on your PC and create a rescue USB. I think you can copy the .mrimg to the USB once it’s created too, so then all you have to do is boot to the BIOS (use the ESC key when you boot) and select the USB.
If you do it the Macrium Reflect way then you won’t have to mess around with partitions or command line stuff.
February 25, 2016 at 3:44 pm #27036In the Boot Manager i can’t find the USB but in the Boot from file i can?
What know?
Gut to windows in cmd and startup.nsh?February 25, 2016 at 3:52 pm #27037This should help.
You can obviously skip the download for the BIOS file from techtablets. Use the one I linked to instead.
In the video Chris went from G1D_S165_205 to G1D_S165_206 as he’s got an older model.
February 25, 2016 at 5:42 pm #27050Its look like that the USB only works if i format it on a Windows PC.
I have format it on my Linux PC…With Windows it works
February 25, 2016 at 6:07 pm #27053So now that the BIOS is restored you’ll need to create the USB recovery image. There actually is a premade one that you could use, but the instructions are in Russian. You could look at the pictures and translate the text online though.

But how I get now Windows 10?March 4, 2016 at 1:28 am #27928All work fine thanks! But how I get now Windows 10?
Read my post, and follow instructions in the correct sequence (don’t skip steps, re-arrange steps)
http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/tutorial-how-to-install-windows-10-only-my-way/
Tips: Do it under windows, try and not use cheap Sandisk flashdrives (don’t ask me why), and use an original untouched MSDN image of Windows 10 (x86 – Home edition)
The latest original image is:
<label class=”detailtitle”>File Name: </label><label id=”filenameLabel”>en_windows_10_multiple_editions_version_1511_x86_dvd_7223716.iso</label>
<label class=”detailtitle”>Languages: </label><label id=”languagesLabel”>English</label>
<label class=”detailtitle”>SHA1: </label><label id=”sha1Label”>5D406D89656F8548FD0F410BD66DE59BE05B081B</label>Just search for that ISO by name on “places”, and check SHA1 if you want.
