Here are some of the common issues and fixes:
Chuwi Hi10 is 32bit and not 64bit, only 2.9GB of the ram is usable!
Fix thread: Install the 64bit bios and drivers or Windows image here: http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/chuwi-h10-32bit-to-64bit-upgrade-v200-hardware/
Screen flickers:
Install the bug fix bios update: http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/new-bios-fix-for-hi10-64bit-serials-hi10-64g42151105000-and-higher/
MicroSD issues, times out or is slow:
Fix, flash the bug fix bios: http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/new-bios-fix-for-hi10-64bit-serials-hi10-64g42151105000-and-higher/
Sound is poor:
This helps: Disable the sound equalizer in audio playback properties. Right click the sound tray icon and Play back devices. Find Intel SST Audio Device (WDM) and go to system effects. Disable (untick) the Enable Speaker Equalizer.
OR try this fix: http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/great-news-i-found-a-fix-to-the-low-sound-on-chuwi-hi10/
Disable the keyboard trackpad, touchpad:
Try this: http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/official-chuwi-hi10-keyboard-dock-hands-on-video/#post-24298
Make a backup image of the Hi10:

Currently testing: LG G8X & Redmi K30January 30, 2016 at 6:14 pm #24478I fixed the official case screen off problem. Just took a Sharp knife and made a cross just over the magnet from the inside, then gently took it out. Now i just filled the empty Space with glue, and gently pressed the cross together. Now ofc it won’t turn off the screen when closed. But at least I can use the case 🙂
February 22, 2016 at 6:33 am #26703If anyone is having a hard time finding a decent screen protector, the Sony Z4 Tablet screen protectors are pretty much a perfect fit. Even the camera cutout is correct.
Don’t use tempered glass though, the screen on the Hi10 has no hard glass on top, so the soft screen and the bezel are not perfectly flat, so it wont work.

November 8, 2016 at 3:57 pm #56602I just get a Chuwi H10 Pro last week which is very nice, but I start having the problem that when I am using it the screen start to flash like an old tv without the antenna signal (lost signal and scratch screen), and the only thing that I can do is to press the power button for a long time to turn it off and restarted again, this issue is happening very often yesterday 4 times during my classes. Does anybody knows what is the problem and how to fix it?

January 3, 2017 at 8:56 am #59726Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has the Chuwi Hi10 Windows10 system X64 for serial number Hi10 421602000001-421604XXXX download.
I have tried many times to download from dropbox as it is mentioned in chuwi HI10 forum:

Thanks a lot!
