Teclast T30 Is Coming – An Android 9.0 Helio P70 Tablet

It’s about time I’ve been waiting for someone to put the Helio P70 in a tablet, and Teclast it seems will be the first. The Teclast T30 which is currently listed on Gearbest has a 10.1″ 1920 x 1200 (16:10) screen. It should be fully laminated and powered by the octa-core Helio P70 with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. This a noticeably faster than the older Helio X20 series 10 core chipsets and can run games like PUBG with much smooth framerates. I’ve tested that SoC in mobile and it’s like the Snapdragon 660 in terms of performance. So a decent midrange chip.

It’s paired up with 4GB of RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1. The other usual specs are wireless AC, 3.5mm jack, type-C port, Bt 4.1 and MicroSD support. This tablet also has 4G and GPS. Plus on the bottom, there is a pogo port for a keyboard case. The T30 has an 8000mAh battery runs Android 9.0, has a and is set to release next month.

Talk of sweet-sounding speakers in the press materials below means they have finally improved on those typical weak speakers? I just received the Teclast M30 which is a budget 10.1-inch Helio X27 tablet so that one will be the next review and I hope to pick up a Teclast T30 next month to review.
