Oh you have to be careful. Try this (It might work) unplugg the battery might trigger reset it does on the Apollo Lakes.
But before you open it up, make sure you hold the power button for around 14 seconds to force it off (It could be on, but nothing displayed) Now with it plugged in and with charge, turn it on pressing Esc on the keyboard or via a USB keyboard all the time. This on some models will trigger a bios reset, it has saved me before in the past.
Flashing I haven’t done for years now on this tech, but it involves connecting a flash clip, wiping the bios and flashing a new one via a USB programmer. It’s a real pain, the biggest issue is getting a good contact with the 6 pins on the bios chip. If not it has to be removed flashed and soldered back into place.
