1. There’s another user on this forum who’s probably better placed to answer this than I am, I’ve PMed him for you.
2. I’m not sure that telling you how to remove Windows is actually helping you, I don’t understand why anyone would want to do that 🙂

Anyway, it would be possible to use a procedure like that shown in the video to make the Android data partition larger but you can also use GParted Live on a USB stick to delete the 2 NTFS/1 Microsoft reserved partitions at the end of the drive then resize the EXT4 data partition as you see fit. Takes ages, probably longer than the other approach, but it has the advantage of leaving all your Android system partitions alone and doesn’t even wipe the existing data.
