Contact your seller. I got the bios update files by contacting OKQI (which proves to be a pretty good seller!), OKQI contacted Teclast and a Teclast technician sent the bios update to OKQI which uploaded it for me.
Hello. I A5S6 flash the BIOS from A5S8 double loader, I just like you can not read the memory card over 32GB. There were a couple of times that when you reinstall Vindovs 64GB memory card was read but then stopped.
