I haven’t tried TopCashBack myself, so I can’t say yet…but I don’t think they are this strict.

I made a purchase via Quidco, which offers 6%, the difference between the two cashback sites is very small.

Regarding GivingAssistant, f the merchant offers different CashBack for different products, you will see it when you click on the top right, in the merchant-related page, for more info.

…if you are wondering what cashback is offered for a particular product, well then I guess you have to look at the General Category under which it is placed in the eshop site, as this will form the criteria, I guess.

Mind you, TopCashBack and Quidco offer cashback in British Pounds, so you have to make sure you add the extra currency in your Paypal Account.
