Hey guys,

I’ve also been having the same problem with freezing since the tablet arrived. I’ve noticed a few things with the freezing: it tends to freeze when connected to my computer, via USB, and transferring files to it. It also has a tendency to freeze when Wifi is turned on. I’ve turned off Wifi, and have been using an SD card to get files onto the thing, and I’ve been pretty much entirely freeze free (on Remix OS). So, give that a shot.

That said, turning off Wifi is a terrible solution that basically turns it into a shoddy e-reader that can play videos. Hopefully this is something Chuwi can fix, since I can’t send it back to GB unless I want to pay out the nose for shipping (past the DOA time limit).
