I guess the CSM option might be under the “Security->Secure Boot” tab.
Also, there seems to be a “Win 7” setting, not very intuitively, under Chipset->Southbridge->OS Selection

But these options are just hearsay, I won’t know for sure until in a few days, when I got my hands on this unit.
