I instaled the 206 now i lost the touch ,i dont know how to install the drivers
September 15, 2015 at 8:08 pm #11476no prob, all you had to do –> deactivate the driver signature enforcement
a. Press the Win + C and click on PC settings.
b. Switch over to the “Update & recovery” section.
c. Then click on the Recovery option on the left hand side.
d. Once selected, you will see an advanced startup section appear on the right hand side. You will need to click on the “Restart now” button.
e. Once your Computer has rebooted you will need to choose the Troubleshoot option.
f. Then head into Advanced options.
g. Then Startup Settings.
h. Since we are modifying boot time configuration settings, you will need to restart your computer one last time.
I. Here you will be given a list of startup settings that you can change. The one we are looking for is “Disable driver signature enforcement”. To choose the setting, you will need to press the F7 key.
when booted up, use the Chuwi Vi10 Touch Drivers Installer from download section
execute the Install.cmd as administrator
boot again and voila

look at your device manager if you have a unknown device (i hope you have one)
if so, do this:
boot up windows whit driver signature enforcement deactivated
extract Chuwi Vi10 Touch Drivers Installer
open device-manager
you will see the unknown device
right click on unknown device and choose driver update
choose search computer for drivers
choose/navigate to extracted Chuwi Vi10 Touch Drivers Installer folder
let windows install the driver and bootmaybe you have to do the steps form first tut again
hope this works

I quickly did this vid. You need to reinstall the drivers once flashed. http://techtablets.com/2015/09/chuwi-vi10-windows-10-image-bios-update-and-drivers-released/
I still can’t get my front webcam to work.

dont know what /Camera/ov5648 is, my front is a hm2056

September 17, 2015 at 1:11 pm #11565Thank for the vid tutorial, but after copying the files to a fat32 usb there is no USB boot option ( only win, android and efi ).
Is there something specific that I need to do to the usb ?
I am using the 64gb tablet version
ps: did you notice some improvements or some more supported OS’s with this new bios ?
September 17, 2015 at 4:17 pm #11573This bios is better than the old? Battery usage under Android corrected?
