The only OS that start by my usb is TAILS.
TAILS is based on Debian and not on Ubuntu. Could be an important fact?!
Hi just downloaded this
respin iso of mint 18.3 cinnamon 64bit
Its booting up with no problems and then it asks me for username and password
So another usb stick works
no username and password
was a bad installation
