Chuwi Hi12 keyboard pictures? Dealbreaker?

I opened a dispute with my aliexpress seller and asked him to cancel and refund. As my tablet has failed i have no use for it, and the tracking number is fake anyway, he hasnt shipped jack shit.

I’ve given one week more to the seller before opening dispute against him hoping that he will send it. Tell us if he refund you the money.

Your seller is lying to you. Nobody has it right now. Personally I got my money back from my Alli seller because even if they did get it in stock a month later and could send it I didn’t like being lied to in the first place.

True, yesterday I have ask customer support about my keyboard no answer since !!! but I will wait till 40th day its gone than I will open a dispute ! such a shame i bought that tablet because of three  things, screen, full size USB 3.0 and dock keyboard.

They(Banggood) told me my keyboard would ship on the 31st. I guess that’s not going to happen. Chuwi better not release the Hi12 Pro/Stylus before they release this keyboard, especially if the Hi12 won’t support dual boot after all.(unless we have the same touchscreen that will support an active stylus)

And now they are announcing the new model that you can see in their facebook and here http://www.ibtimes.com/chuwi-hibook-powerful-2-1-tablet-windows-10-android-51-dual-os-releasing-next-month-2336532. Is worst than chuwi hi12 (battery, screen…), but the new thing is that it will have dual boot and perhaps it will be sell with the keyboard as a notebook ?

Gearbest took the pre-order mark off their listing but their support says it still won’t be available for 10 more days.

As I’m French, I understand what he’s telling in the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4rxci52dTGM). The keyboard was sent by Chuwi.com. He points out that it is called by Chuwi an “engineering sample” not the final keyboard. So, final design may still be different…

BTW, it’s the final proof that no sellers has these keyboards in stock currently (video : 24th March).

Yes nobody has it. At least BG, GB don’t lie like the Ali express seller I had saying yes we have it and later gave me a fake tracking number. Lucky for me I was able to cancel. I try my best to avoid Aliexpress at all costs, so sick of their BS. The only decent seller is OKQI on there.

Banggood also dont know when im asked for realization my order, they have ask me if i want to get refund! They dont know and also Chuwi i think they dont want to tell becasue its obvious its more important produce Hi12 dual boot version then docking keyboard! I`m wonder if any one get that keyboard especially at the beginning on selling it was on the stock .

No idea on that, they wouldn’t know either. I imagine it is as in the Chuwi forums they said Dual OS wasn’t flashable on the current model.
