Oscar Ramirez you are not doing anything wrong. I bet you have this serial number Vi10 Q32G221510xxxxx. If you do, it is just because drivers are not compatible, because tablets have different hardware. I am in the same problem, those drivers make my tablet freezes and bootloop, and the audio and touch screen not working… I sent chuwi a driver request yesterday and I wait.
November 30, 2015 at 7:09 pm #17111Frédéric, Yes I it looks like I have the serial number that looks like that but it’s a 64gb if that makes a difference which I doubt, I’m glad to see its hardware and not just mine but if you get a reply from chuwi i’d apriciate if you shared what they said. Thanks 🙂 I have a question before installing a clean windows (when it was stock) did you face any problems with the tablet randomly shutting off and going into deep sleep not wanting to turn back on after 8 min?
November 30, 2015 at 9:18 pm #17135So you didn’t install a fresh Windows? You have those problems with stock windows? For now if everything basically works keep it that way, don’t touch anything, I pm you right away!! Don’t do anything!
November 30, 2015 at 11:10 pm #17150didn’t receive a message yea when I first got it but I tried to upgrade to win 10 and now im stuck with the drivers issue and I have another that has the shutting off problem. I have 2, both had same problem I experimented on one and failed.
December 15, 2015 at 1:44 am #18626I’m getting the error of “restore.ini” when I try to restore using double driver, any idea please ?
April 20, 2016 at 10:55 am #34377If you can’t install driver by yourself, you can try to use professional driver program to help you install driver on Windows . I used a tool to help me!
May 8, 2016 at 8:11 pm #36478How has no one addressed the missing ini file from the supposed restore method?
how are we supposed to restore the correct drivers if the restore.ini file for double driver is missing from all zip files?
There are so many files included… which ones do you use?EDIT: WRONG FILES DOWNLOADED. The Win 8 drivers section had the backup
