pen sensitive pressure is ok but the galaxy note 10.1 tablet is much better.

I’m not sure if the pen sensitive would be better without display protector.

With the stylus, is there any “give” in the tip? As in, you can push the tip in a little bit?

I’m not finding any pressure sensitivity with the supplied pen and if I don’t “push” the tip in, it won’t write at all.

I have noticed that the pen is not the CEP01 So I decided to open a refund process

I was shorted the pen in my order (supposedly they’re shipping it to me now… not holding my breath), so I had gone out and bought a “Bamboo Smart” pen for $39 locally at Best Buy, and have been very happy with it. Pressure sensitive, smooth to write with. I took the factory installed screen protector off, as it’s too soft and scuffs badly when writing, and also causes the writing surface to not be as smooth as I wanted.

Has anyone else compared the included pen with the Bamboo Smart, or another Wacom pen?

Just opened mine.  Arrived Last week when I was away.

My pen is black tip without box and spares + remover .  It comes in a broken plastic back. Asking seller now.  🙁

So far only that is disappointing.

Will check again.

Tried to use my wife’s original passive wacom pen doesn’t seem to work.  No idea what is compatible.

If anyone have link to other alternative pen that would be great.  With eraser button of course.

I still haven’t received mine.

I ordered it on 11.11 from Shenzen Ele technology.

I paid 46$ for shipping through EMS hoping to get it fast, but more than a month passed and I still didn’t receive it.

The tracking number hasn’t changed since 5.12,  and I’m getting impatient.

I’m also worried about the pen issue.

There are only 5 days left for opening dispute, and I don’t know what to do.

The seller keeps saying to wait patiently, but it’s getting really unbearable knowing I paid that much for shipping.

 

Should I open a dispute??

I am in the US and ordered from the same seller, and used Express DHL shipping. I received mine last week, so I can say I know they are filling orders. That said, you may want to request them to extend the time that you can open a dispute, and let the seller know that you are filing a dispute if it is not received soon. That’s your only recourse if they don’t fill the order.

Weird though,  my ems is free.  By default is ems.

Seller seems to act blur about the pen. And prolonging discussion.

Guys,  can you confirm that It suppose to come with replacement nibs remover ring?

Seller don’t want to settle nicely.  And being  irresponsibly denying.

Yes, it is supposed to come with replacement nibs and the ring tool to remove them.

As advised, I extended the time avaliable for dispute for 10 more days.

I hav opened a dispute because the pen is not the original one (it has no pressure sensitivity) and I have paid 30€ instead of 15€, and for the delays of the shipments. They said to me to close because (according to them is lthe original one and the delay are due to hong kong post they could have shipped with DHL Shenzhen carrier).
