Looks like it’s on flash sale again, $304. Have to add it to your cart to reflect the price.

Similarly, the box was unsealed and there were scratches on the first layer of the screen protector. That didn’t bother me that much, especially since I replaced the plastic screen protector with tempered glass (Surface Pro 2 glass fits, except for the camera cutout). The cracked version of Windows 10 was awful! None of the W10 Apps worked – all would crash with a “Your Trial Period For This App Has Expired” error. I also had SSL cert errors.
I used a legit W10 key to reinstall and everything’s been great since. You can definitely tell the difference between a Core M with an SSD and an Atom chipset with EMMC. The i7 Stylus blows my old TW802 Winbook out of the water.

That was exactly my experience with the base Windows install it shipped with. Which screen protector did you buy? I picked up one on Amazon for the SP2, but it was actually wider than the tablet itself.
March 17, 2016 at 2:44 pm #29787I had no problems with my Windows.
But you can get 20$ refund if you contact the GB Support.About the flash sale:
I don´t think they have the tablet in stock, vgiozo is still waiting for shipment…March 17, 2016 at 2:58 pm #29789Anonymous

They sure don’t and the fact that they put it on sale again, while they have an open-ended availability timeline for previous clients (+ the fact that now the exchange rate is so much better, I would have saved 8€ if I had placed the order now), just closed the whole issue for me.
I submitted a ticket to cancel the purchase and be done with it…

I ordered this one. The included alcohol pad and cleaning cloth are tiny, so it’s a good idea to have more on hand.

I just bought the tablet at GearBest at 304.99$ and got a 36.6$ cashback (discount of 12%) for registering and using the GivingAssistant links https://givingassistant.org/?rid=vb7intrwcd Seems Legit! Thank you @Grandalf for bringing it to our attention! basically, I paid 268$ for a Core M + SSD tablet. That is awesome! Mind you, the cashback earnings may take anything from 15 to 60 days to be released (on “lock” to make sure the purchase goes ahead), it’s not an immediate discount. Make sure you follow the rules properly – Register (with your Paypal email address preferably) – Search for the store in the GivingAssistant.org database – Use the “Shop Now” button to go the store – Start shopping with empty basket – Add your desired items to shopping basket and pay within 24 hours. My purchase registered within 10 hours from ordering. Here is the screenshot from my “pending earnings”
I cancelled my Gearbest order for a Cube i7 Stylus on Monday, since they could not even provide an estimate for availability date, much less shipment date…
…ordered yesterday evening from Banggood and had it shipped today…I am much happier…Unfortunately the “Cashback” options for Banggood are not as profitable, but I have found two reliable sites that offer 6% (instead of 3% of GivingAssistant) and pay in British Pounds.
TopCashBack
http://www.topcashback.co.uk/ref/illuminaughty
Quidco
http://www.quidco.com/user/6380760/2177591/I used quidco for my Banggood order…the order had been traced within less than an hour, which is encouraging…it also mentions an estimate on Payout date, in this case May 16th.
For those living in Europe it may have some advantages, in that they are both centered around the UK market, so you would get offers for Amazon.co.uk and not Amazon.com, as happens with GivingAssistant.
One disadvantage is that they only support the most popular of Chinese eshops, namely Banggood and Gearbest (I may be missing some, but not really).
In any case, it is good to have options for different stores and purposes.

Did you have any issues with Windows 10? I had so many problems with it, it couldn’t even authenticate microsoft.com’s SSL cert.
It can be fixed if you use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and check ‘upgrade’. I had a similar problem and that fixed all.

I just did a clean install and wiped the whole tablet. Less opportunity for other problems to creep up that way.

Just wanted to let everyone know (and then ask for your input) that I received my first cashback from GivingAssistant of 41.60$ total, so it’s definitely legit!
First payment was made exactly 2 months after the purchase (March 9th), so there must be a fixed time-frame for the CashBack…
I was a little bit worried we might not get the full amount of the cashback, but thankfully I was wrong…

May 11, 2016 at 6:24 am #36779Thats really nice to hear.
Didn’t expect them to payout the full amount.
May 11, 2016 at 9:04 am #36796Still haven’t seen a single cent from Giving assistant. 🙁

Has it been 2 full months yet since your (verified/tracked) purchase? For me the Payment was made exactly 60 days after the transaction
May 13, 2016 at 6:09 pm #37165I realise this thread is a bit older now, but the best price I’ve seen the i7 Stylus currently is £210.43 (around $302.28) http://www.banggood.com/Cube-I7-Stylus-intel-Core-M-2_0G-10_6-Inch-Windows-8_1-Tablet-p-981768.html with code 0fcd6f (mentioned in the listing).
Tempted by the Teclast X3 Pro but the battery puts me off! It’s a shame they haven’t improved the front-facing cameras as I assume most people want to use Skype, rather than take pictures on a tablet. Looking forward to some comparisons between the Cube i9 versus the Teclast X3 Pro.

You realize then that this is the wrong sub-forum for that? Perhaps you meant i7 Stylus?
I think it’s easier to just read and watch the reviews on the site, actually.
On the camera-side of things you mentioned, I think Skyping quality is one of the lesser worries of someone who buys a business-oriented tablet.
For me, for example, the back camera is necessary and crucial…not for taking scenery images, but for taking photos of documents, applying OCR, building PDFs etc.
…regarding the front camera, I just want one to be there and I couldn’t care less about the quality of it…if you need a selfie or a Chatting camera, you got a smartphone for that…
If Teleconferencing is important, I still think audio quality – mic quality – is more important than actual camera quality.
