cube i7 stylus from cube store is too. there are no MSDM table. it seems they omitted it to reduce price. i asked them for purchase license, but they dont response.

Cube has a legit OEM key, but agreement with MS is to only use it for the Chinese market.(or Cube cant afford spend keys for the 23/7 sales.)

That legit OEM key can be checked in bios. But I havent got my tablet yet. Maybe somebody could check? Easiest way is MSDM-SLIC-CERT-KEY Dumper v1.6. You can get it from the MDL-forum.

I think that the problem with pirated Windows on Cube i7 Stylus was with July 23rd offer only, with that 3000 tablets they sold that day. There are people with Windows genuine tablets bought in the same store, and the Cube i7 stylus tablets of GearBest, Banggood ando other stores, comes with Windows genuine too.

Had my suspicion about that.Maybe the Bios/slic can be modded, to equal a Cube with legit key.Havent got my 23/7 tablet yet (shipped to overseas today). If somebody with a legit Cube could read the msdm/slic information and post it on mdl/thread: upgrade chinese tablet to w10.???

Anyone been able to save a system image?…doesn’t matter what size drive I use (using 1 tb) it reports back drive is not big enough for shadow image? formatted in NTFS

So Cube dealer offered me 30$ refund or Chinese only wibdows key.

What do you think? If I will escalate the dispute to aliexpress I might get a higher refund?

The Chinese key is useless? If so, where can I find legitimate key for cheap? And which key should I buy?

I escalated to AliExpress 10 days ago and still no update … I contacted support yesterday on live chat and they said I should have an update this week. Lol.

Hello Chris …at least you have got an answer .  I did get the link for the Windows 10 in chinesse but it is not my languaje of choice…after I mailed back saying that I could not use the chinese version : no answer at all ,  I have mailed them several times,  and this is a pity becuase up to that moment the customer service was GREAT,  very helpfull and fast answering…..

The tablet works fine ,  I use it mostly with Lightroom 5.6 and Photoshop CS6 and it is quite responsive,  lag time is nothing to worry about. AN SD 64 GB helps a lot.

But my question is if you have a Word working in your tablet .  Mine come  with a version of Word but I do not have the key .  Should it be installed and working from the CUBE shop ?

I purchased from GearBest. Many areas of windows were still in Chinese, so I tried refreshing the system. Everything changed to Chinese!
I’ve managed to restore some English, but it also seems to have reverted from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 8.1 with Bing.
I did manage to extract the windows product key from it before I refreshed, but now I have no idea how to install windows and preferably 8.1 in English.
I’ve looked around on forums etc. but so far nothing particularly helpful for my situation. Can anyone help?
