I was in contact with some aliexpress-seller and she told me that the cube i9 is still on pre-sell in china. It will be available on 8th of march and therefore mayor price drops are expected after that.

Why copy of Surface 3/4 floppy-flappy keyboard and not copy of transformer keyboard like in iWork10 ? Wouldn’t hurt to get some european layout like German (from which I could re-sticker to finnish layout), though I suppose it won’t be happening. And still no 5Ghz wifi?

If the stylys version would have 5Ghz wifi and price max ~400$ with keyboard I would consider upgrade from i7 Stylys. With higher price not much interests to risk with chinese.

I actually prefer the thin cover style keyboard as it makes the whole package a lot thinner and lighter. I do agree however that all tablets nowadays should come with 5ghz wifi as standard- seems like xiaomi are the only ones that have noticed.

I’m really hoping cube do one of their massive sales like they did with the i7 stylus- if it ever gets under $400 including the keyboard, I’d order one straight away.

In the netherlands the starting price of the HP spectre X2 is 999 euros that is around 1100 dollars.
The surface pro m3 is 922 euro without keyboard.

In Europe we are paying VAT tax which increases our prices vs other world. In Finland, 24% from price to government, in Netherlands it seems to be 21%. When we buy from China we are not paying this tax and things look much cheaper.

Still, paying almost 1/3 of the price of a Surface Pro 4 (as I will do, live in EU) is still nice.
