Hi, I have had a reply from them. Just a cut and paste message saying they will ship the tabelt first and later the keyboard or stylus (Not cool). But I also got a system message today it was shipped with a tracking number. I know they have a lot of orders to process, so my guess is it will take some time to add the tracking numbers for all the 1600+ orders they good. Wait a bit if not ask them again and tell them if you don’t hear back in a few days you’ll have to cancel.

There are so many fake stores on AliExpress, I’ve given up ordering anything from them any more. Unbelievable prices with cheap (or free) DHL shipping is the usual give-away.  From bitter experience, it takes about 6 months to receive a full refund. Good luck!!

I’ve some issues with Aliexpress, I had a nightmare ordering the PipoW8 (Which turned out to be a lemon anyway) But I did get my refund back after a week or some. Which is now why I tend to use other online retailers now that accepted paypal. I have gone of Aliexpress a bit, but will still use them, not all sellers are crooks. think of eBay, some bad sellers are there, but most deliver as promised.

For what it’s worth, I just found this message on the front page of the “Cube Store” (http://www.aliexpress.com/store/1123249).

I’ve also attempted contact via aliexpress email, aliexpress chat, and messaging the promoter on facebook.  I’ve yet to hear a response from anyone.

It seems they couldn’t properly plan/staff for the business generated by their own promotion (or at least that’s what we’re being told).

Ordered my tablet in this promotion, too. I received the message that the order has been shipped this morning and I got a tracking code (which isn’t working so far, but that always takes a few days). The only thing that’s odd is that the tracking code is in a format I haven’t encountered so far, RX******DE, seems to be a DHL code (at least I read so in some forums). So far I haven’t had any bad experiences with Ali Express, I hope this wont be my first one -.-

@Kiku That looks like a registered mail code, Deutsche Post/DHL logitics? But not a DHL Express courier code, definitely not, they are just digits.

Mines goes with Singapore post and just the tablet first. I still don’t have my first keyboard I ordered. I would say they underestimated the amount of orders they would get. Like all the times I’ve used Aliexpress you have to be a little more patience than what we expect from buying locale or from eBay, shipments from China are much slower… Singapore post will take at least 25-30 days t reach me. PostNL would have been better 10-15 days.

 

@fluxcapacitor I got this a day after the sale, well a very similar message. Seems we are all getting two packs in the mail 🙁 And two tracking codes, first the tablet, later the keyboard and pen if order. I ordered the tablet + free pen and keyboard on behalf of someone. At least they can wait (For now)

Looks like they’re now upping the free pen to the first 700, and swapping them out for (presumably) cheaper models?

 

 

Edit:  an explanation was offered on the facebook page of that guy:

“Notice: The promotion on 23rd July is organised by our dealer, i recieved the message of the gift is wacom pen and leather case, The price of 299.9 is just at a loss, so the dealer bougt the pen directly from Wacom to save the cost, the pen is the same wacom pen without our brand and logo. I just contacted the dealer, they also feel sorry for not explaining “not orginal cube brand pen”, Thanks for your comprehension.”

@Chris  Yes, definitely not DHL Express. But as I wrote earlier, I found Tracking codes like this on some boards ( especially  the banggoods forums) and the useres asking for a way to track them were always directed to the DHL Asia/international page, so I assumed that this might be a DHL Code (correct me if I’am wrong 🙂 ). I’m still not able to track it anywhere though.

Just got an E-Mail from the seller (I had asked about the pen from the promotion):

Where did you flag PostNL? i had just “other seller’s shipping method for 2.33$” or “DHL for 10.37$”. I would prefer PostNL which should give me a chance to avoid the fees.

Mine just shipped. Took sooooooo long…. I took DHL. Seems like a valid DHL tracking number. I’ll see tomorrow.

I asked the seller to send the keyboard & the pen in the same package. He said he’d do it. We’ll see…

DHL still returns tracking number not found. I use DHL very often and still don’t remember how long it takes for the tracking to start working lol.

I bought this tablet in the sale too, plus the keyboard and the stylus. If they ship all apart (tablet first and stylus and keyboard later) I’ll be really screwed since im from argentina and here we can get only 2 parcels per year and I have only one left :/ . Please can somebody confirm this after receiving the package?

 

EDIT: I sent a question about this to the seller and I get this reply: “we have shipped everything together”.
