i noticed mine also has the tracking up .

its a generated tracking thats not activated until DHL pick it up.

i ordered mine on hour too, 0:00 yet haven’t been told if i will be receiving the free pen or case.

none of the aliexpress sellers of the keyboard state that it comes with usb slots on the back

can anyone provide a link to a place that sells the genuine keyboard dock ?

DHL still returns tracking number not found. I use DHL very often and still don’t remember how long it takes for the tracking to start working lol.

I work in south-east Asia as trader, and we use DHL China alot.. My experience normally before we are able to track the parcel it takes 5-7 days

So with the seller handling and so on – your package will arrive to you 10-12 days later if you’re located in Europe 🙂

Sing-post 2-3 weeks to Europe and frequently flying under the customs radar if lucky- if unlucky the customs want you to send them some-kinda  transfer- documentation which of course will delay it, some days furthermore, if they are in the harsh mood

Yeah DHL returns tracking not found for me too. First time it takes so long.

I hate when sellers do that, giving you a tracking number that will eventually works just to make as if it was shipped. This is dishonest and it starts an after sale service really badly IMHO.

I asked the seller if it was normal to get no result from the tracking and he said:

Hi friend
Good day.
Don’t worry, your order is just arranged by our shipping company, they are processing the parcels now, when the parcel is released in hongkong,then you can track it online and get the parcel soon, hope you can wait with some patience and get it in a perfect day.

AliExpress sellers, lvl 999 in giving you no real answer. I also noticed that the more a seller is friendly, the less he is going to help you / telling you the truth. Don’t know if it’s like that for you too guys.

I get that all the time with Aliexpress, it’s so they avoid the sale auto canceling. What happens as I buy for example the Onda v919. The seller claims it ships in 3 days or I get refunded. One the 3rd day, they give me a fake tracking number to stop it frm refunding me. Aliepxress need to punish sellers that do this and find a way to stop it! But they are all doing this now and it’s very dishonest way of doing business. (That’s the Chinese way for you!)

same here I ordered a few things off aliexpress  to be given a tracking number only later on to be sent another one which is clearly the real one only shipped then.

the closer the seller is to HongKong the quicker it gets sent,

they send it by Donkey .

I mean whats the point of paying for DHL priority service if you still have to wait for them to ship it two weeks later.

ill be leaving poor feedback regardless, knowing my luck it will be a faulty tablet.

Damn I hate AliExpress and sellers like that. Same thing every time. When I buy something online I really want soon I’m excited about receiving it soon – whole point of paying for DHL – and sellers like this piss me off by making me wait and calling me friend, saying don’t worry. Why can’t they just be straight: we don’t have it in stock, it’ll take 10-14 days to ship.

Is it me having too high expectations or what lol

My tracking number finally works, but just on deutschepost.de.  Seems it was posted to the Mail sorting center in Singapore at the 28th.

Let’s see how long it takes to arrive and if the keyboard and pen(s) are included.

@mixterz Waiting for Cube to ship it….It’s a becoming a bad joke. I can’t track my other i7 Stylus ordered yet either. Singapore post tracking number, posted on the 25th. Nothing shows up. The keyboard is now with that. But it hasn’t been sent yet, only the tablet.

So looks like I will be reviewing the keyboard in a month at this rate. I might see if I can get one sent via DHL. The only issue is it bumps the price up 21% + 15 euros….

My dhl updated its in HongKong
