If you install windows media creation tool or have a win10.iso handy to make a normal practice usb boot disk. Go throught the windows installation to the bit where you have to select partitions and any partitions that say unallocated space select and make new partition(s) then install windows to the 16gb partition. When windows has fully installed you can now install the Official WINPE boot disk.

Im going to try this first

This problem bothered me for a month or so, but finally fixed.

Just copy this file WIMPART_DUAL.txt into the USB “images” , DON’T RENAME THIS FILE, and put it inside the folder “images” then following the Teclast offical flash pdf procedure then windows installation will be fixed

I am experiencing this exact same issue as well now in 2024. I hope I’m not too late, but has anyone ever found a solution so far? I am also doing a fresh windows flash from official Teclast site. Tablet currently has no windows,  no android, just BIOS. Here are the things I’ve tried so far:

    • Already formatted USB flash drives to GPT (WinPE is FAT32, IMAGES is NFTS).
    • Disabled fastboot in the bios.
    • Tried about 3 diferent USB sticks already.
    • WIMPART_DUAL.txt was already in my IMAGES folder and already checked the contents if everything was still complete.

Any help would be much appreciated.
