Nice one! That is fast for an eMMC, you got luck there pal

I saw a Samsung posted, slower readers but about 100 writes. You want faster? Get an SSD!

Just noticed there is very similar topic to my one. I’ve got a 256 Kingspec already waiting but it will be dedicated to Linux. Fun will begin soon.

Just out of curiosity I’ve tested my KingSpec 256 GB SSD and Kinston 128GB XC1 class 10 SD card. Obviously speed difference is staggering.

Were you able to install Windows 10 and boot from the Kingspec SSD?

Got my V4 Yesterday with San Disk storage, and the HS400 tweak worked very well. But does anyone know if this may kill the emmc or something ni a shorter time? Anyway the results are very good i had 200 in reading and 90 in writing

No. As I said KingSpec drive is designated for Linux. Once it’s up and running (should happen tonight) I will report about it.

No. As far as I’m aware this eMMC (SanDisk DF4064) is build in accordance with 5.1 standard so it’s designed to work with HS400. Link to PDF specification sheet here

Riccardo can you confirm that your version of SanDisk eMMC is DF4064?

Not at all, as David pointed out, they are meant to run at this speed. The reason Jumper sets it to DDR50 the slowest is because the production line uses what it has stock of, so lucky people such as yourself get the eMMC 5.1 drives and unlucky ones like me got the old slow FORSEE eMMC 4.5.1 which only runs at DDR50. This is why Jumper has to use the slowest setting to avoid issues with production uses the slow drivers.

I’d gladly give up my 5.1 eMMC for a properly working keyboard 🙁

Of course I agree with you. In any case we could have installed an ssd while this keyboard is not upgredable. I hope in a driver solution but now i close my OT

Here’s mine, with a MyDigitalSSD superboot 2 in the M.2 slot. My before benchmarks were similar to some of the above.

I hope I have the same results, when I received my SSD from AliExpress.
