When you click my orders you should see 2 buttons, “track order” and “Confirm Goods Received” it depends what shipping method you selected. I selected DHL (3 to 7 days) so would get DHL tracking number and i can check onto DHL tracking website that they really received that order. IF you selected China post your order will come to you in 15-29 days.
I am just wondering should I automatically cancel my order and just play safe. When there will be reviews confirming that tablet is ok then buy it as the price now only £14 higher.

I can’t see any “track order” buttons. I selected DHL as shipping method and it only says that “Tracking information is updated within 3-7 days. Please track your order here DHL”. So I guess I will have to wait to see if shipping information is ever going to be updated on DHL’s website.
I’ve been very close to cancelling the order but there isn’t really any other tablet I would buy right now so I’ve decided to see this one through.
December 9, 2015 at 8:10 am #17997Geekbuying.com are saying they may ship mine next week 🙁
December 10, 2015 at 9:49 am #18100Chinese unboxing video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWj6kdoAMEs and specks vid showing 32bit 3gm ram https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAkF7H7-kQU
December 10, 2015 at 10:29 am #18102It also says 1GB for HD graphic. Is this where all the fuss are? I dont know how the windows with onboard graphic on this generation of tablets (mysterious BIOS) “see” RAM but could be the case that it see only 3 GB of ram becouse the missing 1GB is allocated for the HD graphic. It is also a litle odd to adress 1 GB of ram for HD on 4 GB ram systems. Usually 512 Mb is set for onboard graphic. Specially if you know the limitations of 32 bit systems. I would be much more sense to alocate 512 Mb becouse then you get 3.5 GB ram.
December 10, 2015 at 11:41 am #18107The unboxing video seems to show a screen resolution of 1280×800. The Hi10 should come with 1920×1200.
December 10, 2015 at 11:45 am #18109Yep i have noticed that as well on speck video, all tho it does shows 3gb ram and sides are not metal like vi10. Damit i am completely confused with this tablet i am just hoping it will be as in description when it comes….
December 10, 2015 at 11:57 am #18110Thats true. Vi10 would come with 2GB RAM, metal sides and 1368×768. So it can’t be Vi10 Ultimate.
Please keep us up to date when you receive your Hi10.
December 10, 2015 at 1:25 pm #18118the video il really blurry but the USB ports seems to be 2.0 mechanically… definitely not good
we will see if the units around now are really only prototypes and if the ones that ship with x64 windows won’t have all these issues…
December 10, 2015 at 6:39 pm #18138I keep pestering Geekbuying in an effort to get updated shipping info. Really want this before Christmas.
December 11, 2015 at 4:14 pm #18200I seceratly hope they acidentally put a wacom driver copitable screen in it!
This is not supported by this tablet right?December 11, 2015 at 5:16 pm #18205Yes, No Wacom support. The Wacom ones are a bit more expensive. Cube Stylus models have Wacom I believe.
December 11, 2015 at 6:08 pm #18207Thanks. Sadly. But hey. maybe I will just buy a drawing tablet. The art that some of those youtubers make are just so sick.
Does any of you have any experiance with makeing art with a tablet without dedicated wacom drivers?
Greetings From Amsterdam
December 12, 2015 at 9:18 am #18260I just got confirmation for my order from VC, they said all problem has been fixed and shipped (on the way) except the windows 32bit issue. They said 64bit wil take somethime to wait for the firmware update, but not sure will take how long…
December 13, 2015 at 12:15 am #18354I still haven’t seen mine ship either. Waiting on stock, the new 64bit batch I think. I really wanted to review this unit weeks ago… How things are looking now I doubt I’ll have it before Christmas.
