We are very sorry to tell you that the item Chuwi Hi12 12 inch Tablet PC is out of stock for now due to the stop in production of our vendor.

I am so sorry to have kept you waiting so long.

To better solve this issue, we kindly provide you 2 options:

I have it same tooo. Order from 24 of March. After 6 work days I have online chat and operator say I have to wait another prox 10 days when they re-stock.

But yesterday 8.4.2016 I made an Ticket:

    Question:

Hello, my Chuwi hi12 is still not ship, so you probably waiting for new devices to come to stock. It is possible that those new devices will be dual boot and support stylus? And if yes, will I get one?

    Answer:

    Dear Roman,

Thank you for contacting Gearbest about your order. We are processing it.

Unfortunately, we are very sorry to inform you that the item Chuwi Hi12 12 inch Tablet PC cannot be sold anymore on our website due to supplier’s issues.

    Please consider these 3 options:

Option 1 Exchange for another item

Please let me know the url of the product you would like to choose instead. If there is any price difference with the original item, we will either refund it to you on your wallet or send you an invoice to pay for it.

Option 2 Cancel and refund on your original payment account

Option 3 Cancel and refund (store credit + extra points)

In that case, we will refund you   209.89USD to you on your GB Wallet(store credit) and reward you with extra points. (e.g.If your refund  is 1USD = 5 points, 3USD=3*5 points => get 15 points etc). You can use both your wallet and points to purchase your future products.

To know more about wallet: http://www.gearbest.com/about/gb-wallet.html

    Learn more about points: http://www.gearbest.com/about/about-points.html

The refund can be completed within 1 business day.

Could you please let me know your decision?

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused and we look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

They are still selling all the models so there’s really no explanation on the cancellation.

They are most probably talking about the single OS version…this has happened before with other tablets, e.g. the Teclast x98 Air II (windows only) stopped being produced after some time.

So, with extra points its not enought for Cube i9. I will get my money back to my account and order from Banggood dual boot with stylus support.

You decided that unilaterally, that the version Banggood is selling actually has Stylus support?

Nothing to support this in Chuwi’s website (Chinese and English) and previous advertisements of such functions by retailers have fallen empty.

Stylus support is something we want (I would order it if it had WACOM AES or WACOM EMR support), but not something the manufacturer has implemented yet.

    Nothing to support this actually.

    EDIT:

Take a look at the false advertisement of Banggood…it states “stylus support”, in this vague fashion, but what is it all about actually?

The answer is at their comments/replies to consumer questions below

Dear Customer, this tablet doesn’t have a special pen, you can use a universal Capacitive pen like Product ID: 993998 and Product ID: 1009687. Thanks

Now, how does a “capacitive pen” work?

It is quite, quite awful really…take a look here

I originally ordered my Hi12 from Gearbest but lost patience and cancelled. I then ordered it from Banggood and my order arrived here in London after about two weeks. I placed another order with Gearbest for the Ulefone Power, and despite shipping the very same day, there has been no progress with tracking in about 10 days. I will probably stick with Banggood in the future. Anyway, the Hi12 is wonderful and you’ll be very happy when you finally get it.

Thanks Vernal Scott: because of your post, i cancelled my teclast x3 order and went to banggood to pick up the hi12.

I’m now very wary of gearbest. Hopefully they honour my refund to paypal. I will raise a dispute on paypal as well.
