The issue you have at the moment is due to your boot sequence, you should be able to fix it by connecting a USB keyboard (docking keyboard is fine) restarting your tablet and pressing ESC to get to the BIOS menu. Choose the boot manager and select Windows or Android.
The Windows shutting down issue is probably due to the OS switcher, you need a different version for Windows 10. Boot from a Windows 10 32bit installation USB stick, when it’s booted press shift+F10 to get a command prompt then disable the OS switcher by renaming it or moving it etc.
If you need help with any of the above please post back.

I don’t suppose you remember what you did between the Windows shutdown problem and the EFI Shell one?
If you boot from a Windows Installation USB and continue to the point where you have to select a location to install (you have to select custom installation for this) what partitions if any are displayed?
January 8, 2016 at 1:38 pm #21558You mean I need to get a USB with Windows and install to the tablet?
January 8, 2016 at 2:01 pm #21559No, don’t install but use a Windows installation USB just to check that the eMMC drive is visible and what partitions are present on it.
To do this you:
- Go past the region settings.
- Click install now.
- Accept the licence terms.
- Click custom install Windows only.
- Make a note of the partitions.
- Shut down your tablet or close down the Windows setup window and cancelled setup.
January 9, 2016 at 10:36 am #21643What is Windows USB how I get it?
what I need to do ..
im sorry but I don’t understand what I need to do..
January 9, 2016 at 12:14 pm #21649OK, don’t worry. Most people who have these tablets seem to be tinkerers who have Windows installation disks hanging around but if you don’t it’s not worth the download yet.
Are you still starting up in EFI shell?
If yes can you type “dblk blk0” (without the quotes), press enter and get an image of the screen please?
Then do the same for blk1 and blk2: I.e. “dblk blk1″<enter> photo and “dblk blk2″<enter> photo.
Obviously then post back the screens for me please.
If you get numbers when you type l,k etc please disable num lock (fn+insert on the docking keyboard).

Unfortunately I think you’ll just have to reset your device by flashing the stock Android ROM using the stuff here http://techtablets.com/chuwi-vi10/downloads/.
Just out of interest, what did you do between the Windows restarting issue and the EFI Shell one?
January 9, 2016 at 6:26 pm #21688How can I reset my device if he doesn’t working?? What I need to do exactly? It’s very important.. Please help me my friend..
i really don’t know what to do about it..
and I forgot what I do between the Windows restarting ..
January 9, 2016 at 8:37 pm #21695You don’t need the Windows/Android on the eMMC to be working to reflash the device, you use a combination of buttons to boot up into a special mode from which you can load Android onto the device from another computer over USB.
There’s guide at http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/chuwi-vi10-pro-64gb-fix-restore-etc/ for the Pro version (I’m not sure if you have the 32GB version or the 64GB Pro version). You might need additional help. I suggest you read through the guide a few times and make sure you understand everything before actually going through with it. Ask for clarification if you need to.
The only thing that concerns me is that if you didn’t do anything between the different issues then the eMMC might be dead.
January 11, 2016 at 12:56 pm #21891I have the 64gb..
and the guide not help for me it’s not open the android and not open the windows!
its suck on the Yellow words.. This shell or what ever it is..
I think the tablet is dead and have no chance to backup it..
