In case this helps anyone, I have used some of the information here to remove Android from my Teclast Kindow X89 D5N3. I used https://www.minitool.com/partition-manager/partition-wizard-home.html Free Edition instead of the EaseUS tool in the original post. I deleted all the partitions except:

    *:ESP – 64mb – FAT32 – GPT (EFI System Partition)

    *:SYSTEM -352Mb – FAT32 – GPT (EFI System Partition)

    C:Windows – xxGb (depends on your tablet) – NTFS – GPT(Data Partition)

    *:Recovery – 2.15Gb – NTFS – GPT(Recovery Partition)

I applied and rebooted, then merged all the unused partitions where necessary.

Applied and rebooted again, then moved the SYSTEM partition to the start of the empty space (i.e. no space before) whilst keeping it the same size.

Applied and rebooted again, then resized the C:Windows partition to take all the empty space (i.e. no space before or after it). Applied and rebooted and now I have a 26.5Gb windows partition.
