i haven’t gotten a chance to try everything but i did try the usb otg. usb-c works like a charm. i got normal usb 3.0 speeds i get on my desktop. using a sandisk usb 3.0 drive. so chuwimhas definetly used usb 3.0 port there..
Awesome. I’m getting my OTG adapter tomorrow and I’ll be able to test mine too. Let’s see if we can get USB 3.0 speeds (which would mean it could be an adapter thing…)
any idea how to get sdcard working again? it worked initially but after sometime it has stopped working in windows. i tred to check the drivers but nothing doing…
Does your Realtek card reader still show up under device manager? If it’s completely gone, it may be a hardware failure. Otherwise, it may be disabled or have a yellow exclamation mark indicating failure to initiate device driver.

Hi mayur, would you mind running CrystalDiskMark on your USB 3.0 drive and posting the actual speed? It’s not that I don’t believe you, but I would like to verify that it’s not just an impression. If Chuwi really did fix this, some of us will want to exchange ours under warranty! Thank you.

i will try to do the tests tomorrow at the earliest… i too am curious of the benchmarks.. i do have a pic of the usb doing 40 mbps.. while copying a file
June 22, 2016 at 9:11 pm #4178040 megabytes per second sounds like USB 2.0 speed caps. I really do hope Chuwi fix all the issues, I will have to revise my review if they have. I have just ordered a HiBook Pro to review from Banggood, hopefully, it’s the second batch the one I get.Since Banggood seems to be waiting and not shipping just yet good chance it will be.

12Mbps is actually the speed limit of USB 1.1 so it may either be a port issue on your desktop or a bad USB controller on that particular port.
For those interested, I’m using a Sandisk Ultra Flair 16GB USB 3.0 drive. I’d have used my PNY 128GB USB 3.0 drive but I lent it out for the time being. Shame though, that drive ran ridiculously fast.
