Order from Aliexpress anyone ??

I also ordered from vc lemon (tablet + docking keyboard), and I also received a message to extend my order processing time with an additional 3-5 days. They informed me that the screens have now arrived at the Chuwi factory and that Chuwi needs another 3 days to manufacture/assemble the tablets.

I’m going to extend the processing time as they requested. I think that it doesn’t change anything in terms of purchase protection, so I think that it is fairly safe to do without losing our customer rights. And it will prevent the order from being auto-canceled.

Maybe we do get exactly the same lame chinese cookie from them aswell.

First of all, I want you to give this Email to someone that can read PROPER/GOOD English.
I have been trying to get in contact via several different ways (facebook, forum)
And so far. none of your Costumer service has actually told anything useful.
This Email will definitly decide a good or bad review on my website which is a very much watched site.
There have been lots of negative comments about the following things online and I want you to ANSWER every single item please.

cheklist questions about the Hi10 orderd via aliexpress on black friday.

-64 bits version of windows.   (lots of users that got the tablet already say they just got a 32 bits version that cant be upgraded due to bios (uefi) restrictions)  IS IT 64 BITS (not the proccecor but the opeating system)2
-4gb of ram (a couple of users claim that there is only 2.9gb available because of the windows version nog beging 64 bits)

-All drivers to be installed and working (there are storys of people missing some drivers… which makes the device useless)

-can CHUWI ASSURE us that they will bring out a x64 compatible BIOS in a short period of time? (so that we can update the device ourselfs)5
Just once again. because this is importent as hell:
-can YOU ASSURE us that there will bring a x64 compatible BIOS update soon???

I’ve ordered on black friday deal at AliExpress. I sent a message to the seller and same answers as above. I asked him: If i will extend my processing time, do I get a free keyboard? 😀

But he refused this question…and I extended the processing time. Hope I will receive it before Christmas. My own present to me 😀

our company and chuwi factory are trying all our best will send out the your package asap, actually the factory have prepared 5000pcs for the Black Friday, but when they testing they find the problem of the flash screen, ,we can not send problem product to you, so the factory returned change high quality screen . they have found in HongKong high quality screen which tested well on the HI10, and import 10000pcs this kind screen, which had arrived factory, for days producing, and we can get the tablets around these days to send out. Really sorry for the inconvenience to you, i will remarks your request , and will arrange your order at first batch to send, and we will add a original screen protector special offer by Chuwi factory to you as gift, hope understanding

Well, according to VC Mall the tablet has now been shipped. I also have a DHL tracking no. but when I try to track it DHL just gives “No result found for your DHL query”

So they are giving fake tracking numbers just to avoid auto cancellation on black Friday orders. I think i will not extend processing time and buy tablet after it being properly reviewed.

I have sent message to seller, and they replied that its so many orders, it got stuck somewhere and we should see some progress in 3-5 days. And we can “dispute” our order when 10 days after our shipment pass, but we have to do it before our protection ends.

Haha lol vc today told me that they do have tablets and indeed they have been shipped, and in the end don’t worry lol. I do have dhl tracking number witch obviously does not work. I think they are trying but i think they are lying as well

I write to VC Mall on chat now, and they confirmed me, that first bunch of 4000 tablets will be send this weekend 12-13th December. So we will see, if it is true or not 😉
