PostNL Chuwi Hi12 package has been destroyed by the sender

In just 4 days Paypal gave me a full refund. I started a conversation with postNL and then sent a screen capture to paypal where postnl said they haven’t received the phone and the link to the conversation. The next day (Today) I got the full refund.

Geekbuying still tell me to wait. I guess the operators don’t really know anything and just give template answer. I have to say, to be fair, that this is my real problem with GB, as Chris says: “it’s the chinese lottery”.

new tracking:

at least I am sure DHL deliver my parcel since the PostNL contact is PV Rotterdam (DHL).

I will continue searching the parcel…… Most probably the parcel is in Rotterdam and someone took it home.

My order was split in to 2 packages, one with the Chuwi Hi12 and one with the keyboard. The package with the keyboard was delivered, the one with the Chuwi Hi12 was returned to sender by customs without a reason. I contacted the service of Banggood and they will try to send the chuwi again but this time with EMS. The retry of sending costs 11,61€ paid with paypal. Have to wait 7-15 days again to receive it in Germany.

Gearbest refuse any possible solution, only want to refund 100 USD
