The Chuwi HiPen 1 for Hi12 is available now.
May 12, 2016 at 9:08 am #36932Thanks.
Where can we buy it?
May 12, 2016 at 9:26 am #36936I’d love to know why there is a Chuwi branded stylus for the Hi12 on the market that the Chuwi staff doesn’t seem to be addressing. All I hear is “the stylus is coming out later this month” If someone used my good name, I’d at least be acknowledging it be saying “This is a fraud, wait for the official stylus!”
It seems to me that it was the official part, but the store wasn’t supposed to sell it until after a certain date. It happens with video games periodically.

Does it work properly?
Thanks
May 12, 2016 at 6:36 pm #37013Yes, banggood.
It works properly so far, just tested 2 minutes.
May 12, 2016 at 7:02 pm #37016are you able to post a video of yourself using it in a drawing program to show how the pressure sensitivity works and if there is any lag?
that’s the main reason why I ordered this tablet
May 12, 2016 at 7:04 pm #37018Which drawing program should I use?
May 12, 2016 at 7:13 pm #37021hmm can you try autodesk sketchbook on android market please? that’s a pretty good program
May 12, 2016 at 8:36 pm #37027Created a short video…
May 12, 2016 at 9:10 pm #37035thanks a lot! For this price point, that’s really not a bad stylus response. It’s no Wacom digitizer, but it still looks very usable.
May 13, 2016 at 1:26 pm #37140Can you expand on how well the palm rejection works? It didn’t look like you had your hand resting on the screen, but I can’t be sure. Does palm rejection only work when the pen is touching the screen? Or does it just started after the pen has touched the screen and work while you are moving the pen in between strokes? Any other thoughts on how it works?
Thanks for the video. This looks good enough for me as long as palm rejection makes sense. 🙂

Thanks for the video, very helpful! How much pressure is needed to write?
May 13, 2016 at 9:09 pm #37201Yeah, I agree. Palm rejection has to kick it when the pen is hovering above the screen. If it only kicks in after the pen touches the screen, it means that the palm rejection is crap. That’s why Wacom and N-trig is good. Palm rejection is very important for a good writing experience.
