Teclast x98 pro not booting

Same on my K9C6 Model. It is completely dead after a flickering screen on Windows.

I try to press various combinations of buttons for minutes with plugged it in a charger and without. It would not turn on at all. When I use an USB detector when I put it in the charger it seems to load. But the tablet shows no loading screen at all. Has anyone tried to open the tablet and find the error?

I send mine back to the seller and they send me a new one. I hope I get it soon. But I am not sure if the seller gets mine. I send another doa tablet to China and it comes after 15 day back to me, because it is not allowed to transport the integrated lithium battery…

Hello all,

 

I came home from a trip only to find my tablet not booting up with no indication of charging from the display the exact same issue as everyone else here. However I would send it in for repair but I successfully performed the heat sink mod and I’m wondering if I could get away with cleaning the thermal paste and sending it in. Thank you for reading. Also if anyone can find a solution without having to send it to mnufactrer that would be great.

same issue here but with a X98 Air II, after a flickering screen the death, no boot, no charge, no power, no partition booting selection, nothing.. The cpu start because the back cover reach high temperature and the battery are full of charge. Any solution or a step by step guide to reanimate this device? Thanks
