Hi, it doesn’t come with full USB port but yes it support otg and you can connect USB storage. Mouse and 4g/3g dongle I don’t know.

And don’t order with geekbuying or gearbest. It’s better and faster with banggood. And if it is the first time, you can have 10 percent off by mobile application.

You can read the review of Chris on this website for more informations.

Thanks for the clarifications. Could you please tell me if I buy it from Banggood then will it come with International version of Windows 10 or the Chinese only version which needs a fresh Windows 10 installation? Or is there any Windows 10 English rom exists which can be flashed directly to get an activated Windows 10 English?

From what I can tell, banggood does not ship with the original packaging. They remove the box and ship with the tablet wrapped in their own foam. Others who have purchased the tablet from them may have a different experience. They probably do this to make shipment safer, but it makes it inconvenient when you are intending to give this tablet as a gift to anyone.

Banggood are the people to use. They do remove the original packaging but they use much better thick polystyrene. You ‘may’ have problems but they have good support, howeve if you have lack of patience like me you may not get a response every day which can seem frustrating but it IS getting resolved and I am happy with them.

FYI mine arrived and the storage chip died after an hour. They are arranging to replace it and cover and postage charges to return the faulty unit. Once evidence of the fsult was provided there wasn’t any dispute they offered to resolve it straight away. Their live chat is also good, but operates 9-5 GMT +8

Thanks for sharing your information. Steve, the model you’ve received, did it come with English Windows 10 or Chinese Only version?

Hello Suryasis, it came with English. It was the International K9C6 version.

Posted it back today. So fingers crossed I will get a replacement soon (I’m expecting about 4-6 weeks in all to get the replacement to my door to be honest).

Just to let you know Banggood refund 50% of the postage fee to return the tablet, but the cost of this was very cheap anyway (£17.20) so I didn’t really care.

If you accept the fact that their support will (on average) respond within 48 hours you will be setting your expectations correctly. They seem to have assigned a specific person to deal with my case, which is always nice. ‘Tony’ seems very helpful so far.

I’ve ordered mine from gearbest. I don’t really recommend them because I originally ordered an air 3g but after a month it was still not posted so I decided to swap to the pro. Anyway the reason I went with gearbest is they have an eu warehouse so for me there will be no import duty to pay (as I’m in the UK). After leaving them a bad review and sending multiple support tickets I believe they will be posting the x98 pro soon. Its also the dual boot model so hoping it wont have any problems.

So in summary gearbest seem to be a pretty useless company but they do have an eu warehouse which none of their competition seems to so that’s why I have stock with them for now. I know some people who ordered the air 3g when I did received theirs pretty quickly so they can obviously do a good job sometimes but their support is bad and their ”in stock’ message is not to be trusted.

Chris, despite Gear Best having an EU warehouse,is it actually being shipped from there?

I really hope so this was in stock yesterday but I don’t have a tracking number yet so who knows, maybe it will be another month of gearbest promising me that its just about to ship and I should just wait 3-5 more days. I’ll post back when I get a tracking number

Edit – just received shipping confirmation, so if you don’t mind the possibility of waiting a month before they ship your tablet gearbest at least will avoid import tax.

I had placed the Order in Aliexpress on their 11/11 event and paid $190 for the international version. Received the product on the day before yesterday. It is the international version and coming with a multi language Windows 10 and Android 5.1 with all google services preinstalled. So I guess it is the international version. I am using a 128GB Slilicon Power Class 10 USH-I Micro sd card with it. Also tested Sandisk 64GB USB 3.0-OTG dual Flash drive and that worked fine without any issue.

Although I have not put the tablet on much load, the experience is very nice and the Tablet is not getting much worm, even after long period of use, mainly browsing and YouTube 1080p streaming. However, noticing that WiFi speed is not that great with this, and it sometime gets disconnected when the Bluetooth is in use.

Can you guys suggest a Keyboard, preferably a BT one, with touch pad with it.

You can request original box, but they will receive extra $10 for shipping. They said original box have more weight and they can’t pay much for shipping.

This one is coming with an unique folding Tablet holder which can be retracted within the Keyboard when not in used. Reviews are also pretty good.
