    today I have received my device form banggood.com. Everything works well. I have tried to install Windows 8.1. because I like it better than windows 10, but it doesn’t work due driver incompatibility.

    Therefore I installed Windows 10. I downloaded the  german Iso version from Microsoft and installed it from USB stick.

    There was no problem with the Windows 10 activitaion. I extracted the license key form the stock tablet, but this wasn’t even necessary. After I have connected to the internet, Windows 10 was activated again.

     

    The tablet get realy warm – you can feel it on the back of the tablet – but that is a good sign so the heat goes out of the tablet.

    But it is only warm on the side where to USB plugs are, on the other side the tablet keeps quite cold. Therefore I think a heatsink mode will be quite effectiv.

    Hey guys i have a problem.

     

    Took double driver backup – successful

    Installed new 256gb ngff ssd , installed windows 10 – all successful.

    Restored double driver backup file – all successful except for Intel thermal management driver – does anyone have this?

     

    Also, the hardware capacitive windows logo button doesn’t work, does anyone have a driver for this?

     

    Will come back with other questions as I come across them.

    You need to restore the file touchsetting.gt for the windows button

    Seems like your battery has been deteriorated and it doesn’t hold its charge anymore. How long have you had this tablet? Perhaps is there a way to replace the battery? Any diy experts here can advice?

    Hi, has anyone tried the pen? I saw a YouTube video in a language I don’t understand and one of the comments said that the palm rejection only worked when the pen was actually touching the screen (no hovering, like wacom). Not sure if it’s true.  And also, how does the screen quality compare to the X98 Air series?

    I have ordered the case now on tinydeals (forget gearbest!)- they are more expensive but the shipped the case after 2 days!

    I would also like to know if the palm rejection of the pen works.

    I have a pen in the mail right now. Waiting for it to be delivered since a week. Stuck at customs. Will test palm rejection after I receive it.
