Hi. @JuPu, Why can’t I see the photos you provided?

    ——

I received my X2 Pro last 19th, but I couldn’t do much with it until today. Mine is a 64Gb version, but Im gonna get a 256Gb SSD next month, so I’m with the original Windows that came with it.

It’s a Windows 10 Home, activated (no KMS or something like that).

It weights 905 grams more or less.

I attach photos of my back cover. The top and the bottom are made of plastic, and the big centerpiece is made of metal (I read what metal it is in this thread but I don’t remember it), I marked it in a photo.

If you can tell me what gen my X2 is, so I know if I can open it with or without a heat gun, iit would be appreciated the help.

    Thanks, V.

Victor, check if there is a gap between plastic part of the cover and case near the display – on the lower and upper side of the screen.

In order to inserst palstic card inside like shown in this video.

Great! I could open it without a heat gun. I just opened it, here are three photos I took, one general, one of the SSD and one centered in the electronics.

    Thanks so much 🙂

So as I bought it two weeks ago in Gearbest, maybe Gearbest is selling the Gen 1 stock that is left in the warehouse? Or maybe some sellers sell Gen 1 and others sell Gen 2?

Thx for feedback ‘ and as I reckon there is a huge weight difference between the different models and 1gen and 2gen..

Victor’ your model was without any glue and all latches.. you got a picture of the backside of your backplate? from the first pictures i would have guess it was gen2, but nope..

Okay-doki I understand, but it seems it was an click-mekanisme in yours and no glue, – precurius if Gearbest is now seeling gen1 again..

My impresssion to deficer version from backplate side, doesnt seem to hold water, i would have estimate that it was an gen2 judging from your first pictures, but clearly not.-

    Hi!

I got my x2 pro yesterday from gearbest european warehouse. I charged it all night, but it does not want to turn on. When i press the power button long a little yellowish white light indicator shows up in the lower left corner where the dc in connector input is , but it does not do anything other than that,

    Please help me!

    Thx

Do you see a little red or green led while charging?

Yes. I see a little red one first and then after about 30 min charging it is a little green light. Do you know what is the problem?

The red one means that it is charging. And the green one means that the battery is full. So everything works there. So what happens when the battery is full and you try to start it. Do one of the change color to white?

Yes. Green changes to white but only for a second or two. Other than that absolutely nothing happens, no sound, nothing on screen.

Well. Everything that you describe is exactly the same on my tablet so it seems like your screen isn’t connected. Try to buy a micro HDMI cable and connect it to a TV or so
