I have just recieved my chuwi vi10 keyboard and it seems to be broken.
My tablet doenst recognize it.
Any help??

Is there a way to know if the pogo port works without a keyboard?

August 19, 2015 at 9:29 am #10037Hi:
I had the same problem: chuwi wouldn’t recognise the docking keyboard. What I did was to turn it off from windows while connected to the docking keyboard and turning it on in BIOS mode (On+Volume +). As I was unable to move very much through the screen menu, I plugged an usb mouse and suddenly… the keyboard and its trackpad were working .
I don’t know why it began to work: I just wanted to see if there was some related option in the BIOS. But, while in BIOS mode and after plugging the usb mouse it started to work fine

Im going to try it and let you know what happends
August 25, 2015 at 10:58 am #10331I didn’t work,but thank you anyway.
August 31, 2015 at 6:48 pm #10663tell us what usb settings do you have in bios
September 1, 2015 at 4:11 pm #10715I opened the keyboard and saw that the ”orange” cable wasn’t connected,so that I fixed it and now it works perfect.
Thank you for your help.
September 3, 2015 at 1:21 am #10814Don’t touch the BIOS USB settings.
Do not
There is a big chance you accidentally disable them or change something that disables them (legacy USB settings) and then you will never be able to access them again since you’ve disabled them and therefore have no way to navigate the bios
Happened to me
November 23, 2015 at 3:02 am #16414how you open it?
November 23, 2015 at 4:24 pm #16457the keyboard is glued with the ”case” , if you pull out hard enough you can separate them
You will see to cables, be sure that they are well conected.
you wontneed any extra glue to put the keyboard together with the case
January 5, 2016 at 2:16 pm #21297I’ve got the problem but the cable was in its place, it connected. It used to works fine but now it doesn’t work
Is the cable has something wrong? (picture in attachment)
Last time it works was before I pressed clean the device in Clean Master I’m not sure if that delete my driver or something or maybe I put tablet in to my backpack with a case docked and my backpack dropped π

I gave him chewi pro, 64 gb, and I have the same problem. Does not recognize the keyboard or mouse dock. I thought the keyboard was broken, but to try another and another Vi10 see that is not so. I think we will have to connect to a Bluethoot keyboard.
