This tablet is a risk. I’m satisfied with mine but not wildly ecstatic about it. It does what I need it to do (which is replace a power hungry laptop for light to moderate use – less power draw on a small off-grid solar system) and I can live with the down sides since I don’t need it to be an all day mobile device. I have external battery packs for that, too, if need be.

I would not recommend the tablet if you intend to use it on battery power most of the time. Unless you are OK with finding wall power or having battery banks as part of your daily routine, as well.
