You might want to try to raise the issue with GeekBuying but you have to show proof to them (video or pictures) that what you received is an open box. Then perhaps they could refund a portion of your shipping. The panel issue is like a lottery, some get lucky while the others like Chris, you and me gets the bright but still crappy TN panel.
