according to the friends from Chuwi forum and Baidu-chuwi forum, sellers (not Chuwi itself) said the factory will fix and will release 64-bit OS Hi10 in two months time. I dont think it will be resolved that fast. Also, if you go to bbs.chuwi.com, you will see sub-forums had JUST been setup for Hi10 but is EMPTY. Since the delivery of the Hi10 units on the 20th Nov, which is more than a week now, owners of Hi10 faces frustration with practically no support from Chuwi. I had personally called to China to Chuwi’s customer support but had been passed from one to another and I hang up the call in frustration.
