The points you raise are true, but most of a product launch is R&D and industrial design… all of which is done. Teclast could simply replace the Broadwell Core M-series CPU with Skylake U-series CPUs, and leapfrog all the Shenzen competitors… create a new playing field in which Telcast is first to market.
