I have replaced the launcher no problems, install the launcher you want to use, then use System App Remover (or Titanium Backup) to remove the Apex launcher that is install as stock…

xFat isn’t supported, needs to be fat32 really for proper support, I also find my tab has real issues when sdcard installed, so don’t bother using one..
