I’ve been looking all over the place for a decent retro-fury style costume because I’m heading to a steampunk-themed festival near Adelaide next month. It’s got this post-apocalyptic flair mixed with Victorian aesthetics, and I really want something that stands out but doesn’t feel like a Halloween outfit. Last time I went, I tried putting something together from secondhand stores, but it just didn’t hold together the way I hoped. I’d love to find a costume that’s already curated with the right details – like corsets, buckles, maybe even some leather or military cuts.
