Reply To: Screen backlight, burn-in and battery reporting issues

I received my Chuwi Hi8 Pro tablet today, it seems to have the screen burn in problem from what I can tell… And the battery level indicator in Windows 10 seems to be off as well, it shut down on me when the battery level was still at 20-25%. Multiple attempts to boot up the tablet were unsuccessfull, so I plugged it in the PSU. I was able to boot up the Hi8 Pro again after a minute or so of charging. I’m going to fully charge it and see it if still has the issue or not…

I wonder what Chuwi can do to fix this issue… 🙁
