Hi everyone, we have got explanation from Teclast team. As told by their technicians, the DDR of X98 PLUS can run at 1600MHz. But during the time they made the system debugging, they found at this frequency the system stability is not good. So they made the BIOS to reduce the frequency to 1066MHz. The manufacture failed to tell us about this information earlier. We apologize that so many cilents didn’t know before the purchase. We have already made some change on the product page. At least the new buyers will know. Sorry again! Users already got in hand must feel uncomfortable.
pfff.. could at least leave to 1333mhz not 1066 .. They will not do anything with respect to the ram then?
