I have the same problem. Update will beessential, since Android can’t use aim card now (win10 has no problem with sim card).
Where did you buy yours from? Can you contact the vendor?
I got mine from Gearbest and I have contacted their support – so far it isn’t going too well and trying to explain the issue is providing quite difficult.
